I am an enthusiastic advocate for yoga's inclusive nature and accessibility. My journey into yoga commenced five years ago when I embarked on a path of wellness.  The practice's welcoming embrace resonated deeply with me, igniting a passion to share its transformative power. As a devoted yoga instructor, my primary objective is to create an inclusive space where everyone feels welcome. Beyond my love for yoga, my background as a registered nurse specializing in orthopedics and my experience as a divemaster have instilled in me a profound appreciation for mastering breathwork. Joining the Cape Fear Yoga community has been an exciting chapter. My own journey through sobriety has fueled my desire to assist others facing addiction or those exploring a sober lifestyle. My nursing career has shown me the impact of holistic health, and I'm dedicated to merging these experiences to foster mental, physical, and emotional well-being through yoga and mindful breathing practices.

Join me at Athletes Corner, nestled in the heart of Chandler's Wharf in downtown Wilmington. Boasting a stunning view of the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge and the river, our boutique-style gym offers the perfect blend of fitness and serenity.

Picture yourself surrounded by beautiful natural light, creating an ideal atmosphere for your Sunday morning workout routine. And when the weather is on our side, immerse yourself in the tranquility of our garden during our outdoor yoga sessions. Twice a month, join us for a rejuvenating Sunday Vinyasa Flow yoga at 10 am, followed by a delightful brunch – an invitation extended to all our members!

Join me every Wednesday at Cape Fear Yoga and Wellness Center on Oak Island for a transformative Hot Vinyasa Flow at 6 pm. This invigorating class is open to all levels, making it the perfect opportunity to embark on a wellness journey or deepen your existing practice. Immerse yourself in the synergy of breath and movement as we weave through dynamic sequences designed to revitalize your mind and body. The heat intensifies the experience, enhancing circulation and energizing muscles, organs, and bones. Each class is a creative blend, ensuring that every session is a unique and exciting practice.
